Steven Weir began his career in 2007 working in sales at an automotive dealer in Union City, GA. He’s held various positions on the retail side during his 13 years, including New Car Director, General Sales Manager andDirector of Finance.
In 2020 Steven joinedAutomotive Assurance Group as a Regional Account Executive where he has excelled in his performance and was promoted to Director of Dealer Development. He has proven track record of increasing revenue, product penetration and sales for our dealer clients, as well as building strong rapport and relationships.
Steven is certified by the Association of Finance and Insurance Professionals (AFIP), which demonstrates his commitment to ethical and professional standards in the industry.
Steven prides himself on his key strengths, including new business development, negotiating, closing, creative thinking and organizational skills. He leverages his extensiveknowledge of vehicles, banking relationships and CRM software to deliver customized and effective F&I strategies that meet the needs and goals of each dealership. Steven is passionate about enhancing customer satisfaction and retention, as well as creating value and trust for both the dealers and the consumers.
