Niki Hensel began her automotive career working as a front desk receptionist. She quickly advanced her way through the dealership, where she was promoted to the Finance office and eventually running the department.
In 2023, Niki joined The Providence Group where she used her skills to help maximize her dealer partners potential in F&I.
When Automotive Assurance Group completed the Asset Purchase of The Providence Group in early 2024, Niki was retained by the Company as Business Development Manager with primary territory focus in Virginia and Maryland.
